What types of devices do you repair?
We specialize in repairing all makes and models of laptops and desktop computers, including iMac, Macbook Pro, HP, Dell, ASUS, and more. We also repair gaming consoles (XBox, Playstations, Switches etc) and Apple mobile devices. We also repair and service Microsoft Surface tablets and laptops.
Do I need to make an appointment for repairs?
No appointments are necessary. You can walk in anytime for your computer repair needs.
Where can I drop off my used business computers?
If you are a business and want to get rid of your computers you can donate them to Community Computers Regina at our office at 2225 14th Avenue.
What is the warranty on your used computers?
All items sold, new, used and refurbished are covered by our 6 month in-house warranty on hardware, 7 day warranty on services (ie, labour). Used laptops are sold with batteries that hold a charge. Please note with previously used laptops, their battery life is unknown and as such we do not guarentee battery life on our used laptops. With the exception of laptop batteries and other consumables, all items purchased may be returned within 7 days of sale.
Do you buy or sell phones?
No, we do not buy or sell phones from the general public. No, we do not sell phones.
Do you buy used computers?
No, we do not buy used computers from the general public. You can however donate your old computer to Community Computers Regina for a charitable tax donation receipt.
How can I send my device for repair if I live outside Regina?
You can mail your device to us at 2225 14th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P0X9. Please include your contact information and details about the issue.
What is your part source policy ie, are parts Apple original, or aftermarket?
At RescueTECH, we use a mix of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), aftermarket, new, used, and refurbished parts in our repairs. Our goal is always to provide the best balance of quality, value, and turnaround time for our customers.
While we make every effort to inform customers about the type and source of parts used in their repairs, there may be times when this is not explicitly communicated. This approach is similar to how non OEM automotive service centers operate—sourcing parts from a variety of suppliers based on availability, cost, and efficiency. Reasons we may choose one part type over another include: Availability – Some parts may be difficult to find or out of stock. Cost – We aim to keep repair prices as affordable as possible. Turnaround Time – Using locally available parts can speed up repairs. A Combination of the Above – We weigh all factors to find the best solution.

What services do you offer for iPads and iPhones?
We offer screen replacements, battery installations, boot loop recovery, and other repair services for iPads and iPhones.
Do you provide business support services?
Yes, we offer onsite and remote technical support for small and medium-sized businesses without monthly contracts.
What is your turnaround time for repairs?
We ensure efficient turnaround times for repairs, most service related repairs are done with 3 business days (unless parts beed to be ordered). We also offer rush priority service if needed for an additional fee.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes, our technicians are Apple Certified and work on a non-commissioned basis to ensure quality service.
What antivirus solutions do you recommend?
We recommend BitDefender Anti Virus solutions for both home and business customers. You can find more information on our website.
