Earlier this year a mineral resource business in Alberta needed 20 Microsoft Surface battery replacements.  MS Surfaces are not devices that most repair shops are willing to service .  The company had already called around before reaching us, and we were happy to accommodate the job.

Turnaround wasn't any different than our usual timeline, approximately 2-3 business days once we had the replacement parts in hand.  A handful of the units also needed their Surface screens replaced, which we simply built into the original quote.
